Senators Baldwin and Jeffries moved to amend the amendment on page fifty-three, item sixty-five, after line ten, by inserting a new line item to read as follows:

West Virginia Water Gaging Council Support                                    #####              765,000;

On page fifty-three, item sixty-five, line thirteen, by striking out “4,375,541” and inserting in lieu thereof “5,140,541”;

And,

On page seventy-three, item one hundred eight, line five, by striking out “4,381,808,884” and inserting in lieu thereof “4,382,573,884”.
